Pork with quinces and green olives

Ingredients (4 people):

4 servings of pork ∗1 kg quinces cut into chunks  ∗  2-3 tomatos  cut into chunk ∗ ½ cup Olive Oil ∗ 2 onions finaly chopped  ∗ 8-10 grren olives   ∗  2 Powdered cloves (spice) ∗  1 clove thyme  ∗ 1 clove garlic    ∗ salt & pepper

Method:

In a saucepan, put the oil and pour the onion and garlic and saute them until they get a golden color.  Add the meat cut into small pieces, tomatoes, carnation, thyme and salt pepper. Allow to cook for 20-25 minutes, then pour into the potq uinces that have been fried with olives. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Served hot.
