Ingredients (4 people):
∗ 8 Chicken Legs ∗ 2 teaspoons of turmeric ∗ 1 teaspoons garmam masala ∗ 4 tablespoons oil ∗ 2 onions finely chopped ∗ 3 cloves of garlic chopped ∗ 500 ml of chicken broth ∗ -1 cup green olives ∗ 1 lemon (juice and zest) ∗ 250 g couscous ∗ parsley finely chopped ∗ salt ∗ pepper
Sprinkle the chicken sticks with half the spices and cook them in half the oil in the pot until they get color. We take them out and keep them warm.
In the same pot, we cook with the remaining oil, onion with garlic and the remaining spices for 8-10 minutes. Add the broth and chicken and cook for 35-40 minutes until the chicken boils.
Remove the chicken again and put the couscous into the pot with just as much hot water as you need. Allow to swell for 5 minutes and add salt and pepper. Fill with olives, lemon juice and zest, parsley and chicken.
